underground living 2012:

This is a 16 part series trying to give people a look at whats going on in the world. Sometimes people aren’t able to connect the dots , sometimes they don’t care to. Or sometimes they just aren’t able to find all the information in one place. This is some of the events I see building up to 2012 at which time I strongly believe the world is going to be put in a state of Chaos by astronomical events, maybe solar or a combination of things begining with the alignment. You can call me what ever you want, but all the great profits from around the world that never knew each other or their works seem to all have the same visions about 2012, that not just something we should look past. There has never been a date in time where so many events are possible, events that may change everything we know. The Ancients have been telling us this since that last catoclysim. Read the facts, do your own homework,study before you run your mouth as I have studied none stop for 4 years now, I watch the trends, I look at the signs, I READ constantly, I compair notes, I look at the flakes version of things and I look at the scientists version of things and somewhere in the middle is where you find your answers. Don’t be affraid to learn new things, what we have been taught in those really expensive text books are NOT always right. There has been a grose scientific coverup of Anthropology,Geneology,specially archeology in general, because no body wants to have to rewrite history and God knows …

Or sometimes they just aren’t able to find all the information in one place. On Saturday, November 8, 2008, Eyebeam—the upstart of unconventional creativity and boundary-defying art and tech experimentation—presented the latest iteration of its quarterly live performance party: MIXER Underground, which featured a 5000−foot maze and 30 performers. In JooYoun Paek’s Six Walls, performers synchronously move within a space of six-foot walls, creating between them a living room that reacts both to the people that inhabit it, and to the music of the event. Fed up by being a wallflower at parties, Paek said she created a wearable structure that transforms the human body into a wall as a party costume, and choreographed movements of six wall performers to engage with the party crowd in an absurd way.

this is a video from january 2007. this video was shot with a razor cell phone. that is why it is such low quality. thanks to chris dunn (of chris.s mom jokes fame) for the footage. edited by techno tom. was a magical time in eugene. i had the fortune of manifesting a space where i could have dance parties anytime i wanted. we, my roomates and i, threw a party whenever their was not one planned already. every saturday there was dancing. it was fantastic. we had so many world class dj.s rocking the house in our living room. how perfect. and if you ever came to one of these parties then you know just how wonderful and notorious they were. we had dj.s from california, new york, toronto, spain, and all points in between. it is a miracle we never got in too much trouble. just the stink eye from all our neighbors. thanks family for making those days some of the best in my life.

Question by puzzled: What part am I looking for when I want to have a switch on the outside of my sump pump drainage pipe?
I live in Northern IL, Chicago area, and I am planning on running my sump pump drainage pipe, currently comes right out of house, underground but I am not going the 42 inches to get under the frost line, I will only go 18-24 inches underground. Reason being, I have a smaller yard and I need to have the pipe come out into the yard at some point to drain the excess that does not drain from the holes in the underground pipe. To alleviate the problem of pipes freezing and backing up, I am looking for a switch that I can put on the sump pump pipe that will allow me to drain either into the new pipe underground, during summer, and when switched over, during winter, it will drain straight out of the pipe onto the ground like it currently drains. Does anyone know if this exists and where I might be able to find it. I am sure it is available at the local hardware store, but would much rather know what I am looking for going in. Don’t want to be talked into doing something different by their “expert” sales staff. A link to the part or a link to a picture of the part would be superb! Thanks in advance.

Is the sump pump going to be accessible from the basement if so just use a T to divert the water with a shut off valve on each side
